Our product range includes Fire, Acoustic, X-ray, Security and Steel doors along with custom Frames, Screens and Veneered Panels in a wide range of Veneers and Timber species held in stock.
In our Veneer shop we cut and hand match the veneers consistently across your project and our Mill has the tools to machine any section of framing or timber you require. We are a complete facility from computer cutting of the door blank through the CNC routing where we machine for edge treatments, glass openings, hinges and ironmongery in one operation and on to finishing in our spray shop where the finish of your choice is applied, every process is in our control.

We certify all our custom made Fire Doors & Frames offering a full range of timber doors from FD30 (30 minutes) up to FD120 (2 hour) rated while our Steel Doors can be trusted to FD240 (4 hours). Our fire rated doors are custom made to size for interior or exterior use.
Our range includes reduction ratings from 30 decibel up to 54 decibel which we believe is the highest available anywhere but this is not the whole story because, like all other manufacturers, we can only tell you the average results across a wide range of frequencies. Unwanted sound is never average and it’s important to select a door that offers the best reduction for a particular type of sound, so talk to us for free advice in finding our specific solution to your specific sound problem.
Secured By Design is a Metropolitan Police initiative that requires doors to resist being physically attacked under test conditions. Our PAS24 Door offers extra protection against opportunistic attacks and is ideal for apartments and the wide range of timber veneers, laminates and paint finishes means that it can be finished to match any internal doors.
Security doors are now an important part of our product portfolio and we offer both timber-framed security doors and steel doorsets. Our PAS 24:12 Door offers peace of mind as it protects against opportunistic attacks and is ideal for such environments as social housing and apartments.
Steel door & frame sets are ideal for those who need even greater security and our range covers all levels of protection while also offering enhanced fire protection and/or acoustic properties and they can be manufactured in a variety of finishes for both internal and external use.
In Hospitals, Surgeries, Dentists, Universities and Laboratories people must be protected against X-Rays. We supply complete X-Ray door & frame sets because, in the same way that the door needs to block these harmful rays, the frame and architrave must also give the same protection. You might also need your X-Ray doors with a glass panel and we can supply this in some circumstances so call us if an integral vision panel is on your wish list.
